Refund and Returns Policy

If the product is damaged or broken
If the product is broken or damaged during delivery, you must call us while the deliveryman is present. You can call us on 09606-998800. You can then return the product free of charge. The package and accessories must be accompanied at the time of return.
If for some reason you cannot receive the product yourself, you must inform the person who will receive the product instead of you.
If we are not notified within 24 hours, this condition will not apply to Damaged Products.
You will be refunded within 2 working days of notifying us. If you want to replace the product, you need to wait 2-3 days (for regular items), 7-25 days (for global items) (subject to stock availability).

If the product is defective
If the product is defective, you must notify us within 2 days. But in this case you need to attach some proofs and send it to us. All you need to do is ——
Back and front photos of the defective package
Invoice number
Clear video of defective product
In this case the video must be provided. Only screenshots or images are not acceptable.
If the product is found to be defective, you can return the product within 2 days along with the necessary accessories. Your order will be treated as a refund within 2 working days of return. Or you can also do product replacement if you wish (subject to stock availability).

If the product quality is not as expected
As the products come directly from manufacturers or suppliers in different countries, it is not possible for us to check the quality of the product in advance.
But we suggest you to consider the following points to understand the quality –
Product price
Product images or videos
Product reviews
If the quality is not as per your expectation after receiving the product, you can also inform us. But inform us within 48 hours. Then our complaint department will verify the authenticity of your complaint and inform about the replacement or refund.
If there is a discrepancy or error in the product quantity ordered,
If at the time of receipt you find that the product is not in accordance with your order or the quantity is less, then contact us in front of the delivery man. Refund will be made within 3 working days of notification.
If you want to replace the product, you need to wait 2-3 days (for regular items), 7-25 days (for global items) (subject to stock availability). But you don’t have to pay any additional delivery charges for this.
No such complaints will be entertained after the delivery man has left for Global items only.

If the product is no longer “needed”
If it happens after ordering that you no longer need the product, then refunds are not acceptable.
Once the order is confirmed on the website or by phone, it will be considered “final” and the shipping process will begin immediately.
In this case, neither order cancellation nor refund will be considered.

If the color of the product does not match the picture or video
Our products are overseas items. So the product image or video is edited and uploaded to the website. In that case, the image or video of the product may not match 100%.
However, we will try our best to match the product images and videos 90-95%.
However, if the color of the product you ordered does not match the order, you must inform us within 24 hours. Our complaints department will review your complaint and try to resolve the issue within the next 3 working days.

If shipment is delayed,
Shipment time varies by product size, weight, stock and customer location. Estimated time of shipment is mentioned on our product page.
Still unexpected reasons such as; If the delivery is not within 7-25 days due to natural disasters, epidemics, political issues, etc., we will try to solve the problem by explaining the exact reason for the delay with the customer.
However, if there is a delay in receiving the product after the product has been shipped from our Dhaka warehouse, the refund is not applicable.

If the product gets stuck in transit,
Since the products have to be brought into the country through customs clearance, sometimes some products may not be directly exempted in this process or may be kept by the customs authorities for re-verification.
It is not possible for us to know this in advance. In case your product cannot be released, you will be informed from our office and the price paid for your product will be cash back within 2-3 working days.

প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট কিংবা ভাঙা হলে

প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করার সময় যদি ভাঙা কিংবা ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে কল করে জানাতে হবে। আমাদেরকে কল করতে পারেন 09606-998800 এই নাম্বারে। তখন আপনি প্রোডাক্টটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন কোন খরচ ছাড়া। অবশ্যই ফেরতের সময় প্যাকেজ ও এক্সেসরিজ সাথে দিতে হবে।

কোন কারণে আপনি নিজে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ না করতে পারলে যিনি আপনার পরিবর্তে প্রোডাক্ট টি বুঝে নিবেন তাকে অবশ্যই এই ব্যাপারে অবহিত করবেন ।

২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের না জানানো হলে, ড্যামেজ প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে না। 

আমাদের জানানোর ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনাকে রিফান্ড করা হবে। আবার যদি রিপ্লেস করে প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে ২-৩ দিন (রেগুলার আইটেমের জন্য), ৭-২৫ দিন (গ্লোবাল আইটেমের জন্য) অপেক্ষা করতে হবে (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)।

 

যদি প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়

যদি প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়, সে ক্ষেত্রে ২ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। তবে এই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে কিছু প্রমাণাদি সংযুক্ত করে আমাদের পাঠাতে হবে। আপনাকে যা যা করতে হবে ——

এই ক্ষেত্রে ভিডিওটি অবশ্যই দিতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র স্ক্রিনশট কিংবা ছবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।   

যদি প্রোডাক্ট ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রমানিত হয়, তাহলে ২ দিনের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্টের সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় এক্সেসরিজ সংযুক্ত করে ফেরত পাঠাতে পারবেন। ফেরতের ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার রিফান্ড হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। নতুবা আপনি ইচ্ছে করলে প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেসমেন্টও করতে পারবেন (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)।  

 

যদি প্রোডাক্ট কোয়ালিটি আশানুরূপ না হয়

যেহেতু পণ্যগুলি সরাসরি বিভিন্ন দেশের প্রস্তুতকারক বা সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেকে আসে, তাই আমাদের পক্ষে পণ্যটির গুণগতমান আগেই পরীক্ষা করা সম্ভব নয়।

তবে আমরা আপনাকে গুণগতমান বোঝার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলি বিবেচনা করার পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি –

প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভের পর কোয়ালিটি যদি আপনার আশানুরূপ না হয়, সেক্ষেত্রেও আমাদের জানাতে পারেন। তবে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের ইনফর্ম করুন। অতঃপর আমাদের কমপ্লেইন ডিপার্টমেন্ট আপনার অভিযোগের সত্যতা যাচাই করে রিপ্লেস কিংবা রিফান্ড সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবে।

যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট পরিমাণে অমিল বা ভুল থাকে,

রিসিভের সময় যদি দেখেন প্রোডাক্টটি আপনার অর্ডারের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য নয় কিংবা পরিমাণে কম হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে সামনে রেখেই আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। জানানোর ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

আবার যদি রিপ্লেস করে প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে ২-৩ দিন (রেগুলার আইটেমের জন্য), ৭-২৫ দিন (গ্লোবাল আইটেমের জন্য) অপেক্ষা করতে হবে (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)। তবে এর জন্য আপনাকে অতিরিক্ত কোন ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না ।

শুধুমাত্র গ্লোবাল আইটেমের জন্য ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাবার পর এই ধরনের কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না ।

 

যদি পণ্যটির আর ‘’প্রয়োজন না হয়’’ 

অর্ডার করার পর যদি এমন হয় যে আপনার আর পণ্যটির এখন প্রয়োজন নেই, তবে সেই ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত গ্রহণ যোগ্য নয়।

একবার ওয়েবসাইট কিংবা ফোনের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করলে, এটি “চূড়ান্ত” হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে এবং অবিলম্বে শিপিং প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়ে যাবে।

এই ক্ষেত্রে, অর্ডার বাতিল কিংবা রিফান্ড কোনটিই বিবেচিত হবে না।

 

যদি প্রোডাক্টের কালার ছবি কিংবা ভিডিওর সাথে না মিলে

আমাদের প্রোডাক্টগুলো ওভারসিজ আইটেম। তাই প্রোডাক্টের ছবি কিংবা ভিডিও এডিট করে ওয়েবসাইটে আপলোড করা হয়। সে ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্টের ছবি কিংবা ভিডিও ১০০ ভাগ মিল নাও হতে পারে। 

তবে আমরা প্রোডাক্টের ছবি ও ভিডিওর সাথে ৯০-৯৫ ভাগ মিল রাখার জন্য সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করবো।। 

তারপরও যদি আপনার অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটির কালার অর্ডারের সাথে না মেলে, তাহলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। আমাদের কমপ্লেইন  ডিপার্টমেন্ট আপনার অভিযোগ রিভিউ করবে এবং পরবর্তী ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এই সমস্যা সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে।       

 

শিপমেন্ট দেরি হলে,

প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ, ওজন, স্টক ও কাস্টমারের লোকেশন অনুযায়ী শিপমেন্টের সময়ে ভিন্নতা রয়েছে। শিপমেন্টের নির্ধারিত সময় আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট পেজে উল্লেখ রয়েছে।

তারপরও অপ্রত্যাশিত কোন কারণ যেমন; প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, মহামারী, রাজনৈতিক ইস্যু ইত্যাদির কারণে যদি ৭-২৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি না হয়, তাহলে আমরা কাস্টমারের সাথে দেরি হওয়ার যথার্থ কারণ ব্যাখ্যা করে এই সমস্যা সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করবো।

তবে আমাদের ঢাকা ওয়্যারহাউজ থেকে অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট বের হয়ে হাওয়ার পর যদি পণ্য হাতে পেতে বিলম্ব হয় , সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের শর্ত প্রযোজ্য নয়।      

 

ট্রানজিটের সময় যদি প্রোডাক্ট আটকে যায়, 

যেহেতু পণ্যগুলো কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্স এর মাধ্যমে দেশে আনতে হয় সে ক্ষেত্রে মাঝে মধ্যে এই প্রক্রিয়ায় কিছু প্রোডাক্ট সরাসরি ছাড় নাও হতে পারে কিংবা পুনরায় যাচাই করার জন্য কাস্টমস কর্তৃপক্ষ রাখতে পারেন।

এই বিষয়টি আগে থেকে জানা আমাদের পক্ষে সম্ভব নয়। এক্ষেত্রে যদি আপনার প্রোডাক্ট রিলিজ না করা যায়, সেটি আমাদের অফিস থেকে আপনাকে অবহিত করা হবে এবং আপনার পণ্যের প্রদেয় মূল্য ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ক্যাশ ব্যাক করা হবে।
